MHS Training Partnership Registration

This MHS sponsored program provides annual access to these MHS behavioral assessments for training purposes at no charge to the academic institution, the registered instructors or the registered student users. In addition to the free online access to instructors and their students, the participating academic institution will also receive a review copy of the relevant technical manuals for their assessment training library at no charge.

Each participating student is entitled up to 12 free online forms on the MHS Online Assessment Center+. Please select the form types and quantities for each student below. Any additional forms over 12 per student are subject to form price indicated (USD) minus the standard Training Partnership discount of 40%.

 Total number of forms that you will receive: 120 (10 students x 12 forms each - all students will receive 4 of each of the selected forms in your submission)
