    The EPIC Summer School is a part time 5 week program in the Summer (June 9th- July 10th) for ages 5-12 that runs from Monday to Thursday from 10:30 AM to 1:45 PM.

    Program Topics Include (but not limited to):

    1. Islamic Studies 
    2. Themed Activites
    3. Projects
    4. Games and Sports
    5. Arts and Crafts and More..

    School Fee: $299/Student (10% sibling discount)

    Request for any refunds must be made in writing prior to the start date to [email protected].

    No refunds will be issued after June 3rd, 2024. Partial refunds will not be given 


    Important Note

    Please make sure to double check and register your student under the correct class, failure to register your student in the correct class will automatically cancel their registration. The program fees will be refunded.

    2. Once your payment and registration has gone through, please fill out the financial aid application below.

    • Click the Registration Portal Button (Blue Button Below) or Click Here to launch the EPIC Education Portal.  
      • Use the EPIC masjid DONATION portal account or create a new account. (See Steps)
    • Click the Profile  (See Steps)
      • Add Parent Contact Information  
      • Add Student Profile and Medical Information
      • Add Emergency Contact
    • Select Program you would like to register - (See Steps)
      • Select Program
      • Fill in Registration Details
      • Add Payment Method
      • Complete Registration

    • Click the Registration Portal Button (Blue Button Below)
    • Login using existing account or Create a New Account (Parent Account)
    • Click the Profile - Add Parent Contact Information (For New Accounts Only) 
    • Add Student Profile (For New Accounts Only)
    • From the Home menu, select Program and Services you would like to register for.
    • Select your child to the program
    • Make Payments to complete the registation process.
