  • All new member organisations are required to complete this form in full before membership can be processed. BIC will use the information provided in this form to display your organisation's name on the Members and Supporters page on our website and to ensure we have your correct contact information. We will also use the information that you provide to generate the subscription invoice.


    Submission of this completed form to BIC constitutes an instruction to BIC to raise the subscription invoice for your organisation.

  • BIC membership applies to all employees of your organisation. Colleagues can sign up to our mailing list for information on events, training, accreditations, committee work, AGMs and more.

  • What happens next?

  • Once we have received your submitted form:

    • We will send (via DocuSign) our Terms and Conditions for signature to the appropriate person that you have indicated on the form.
    • We will generate an invoice and send this to the appropriate person that you have indicated on the form.
    • A “Welcome to BIC” email will be sent to the person you have listed as your Main Contact with more information about maximising the benefits of BIC membership.
    • Once the Terms and Conditions have been signed and your subscription payment has been received:
      • We will add your organisation’s name to our website on the “Members and Supporters” page
      • We will send you a BIC membership logo for you to use as you wish.
      • Full BIC membership benefits will start.
