Please complete the following form to register your upcoming research stay. / Por favor, completa el siguiente formulario para registrar tu próxima estancia de investigación.

Endorsement letter from home institution / Carta de respaldo institucional

IMPORTANT / IMPORTANTE

The endorsement letter must be printed on the official letterhead of the student's home institution and signed by an academic authority from their school/faculty or someone responsible for research matters. The letter should be formally addressed to Dr. Narciso Acuña González, Director of Research and Development.

You may use the following template as a reference.

La carta de respaldo debe estar impresa en el membrete oficial de la institución de origen del estudiante y contar con la firma de una autoridad académica de su escuela/facultad o de un responsable en materia de investigación. La carta debe estar dirigida formalmente al Dr. Narciso Acuña González, Director de Investigación y Desarrollo.
Pueden utilizar la siguiente plantilla como referencia.

• Personal resume and academic record

• Copy of valid passport / Copia de pasaporte vigente
• Major medical insurance policy. Be sure is internationally valid. / Póliza de seguro de gastos médicos mayores y menores
• Minor medical insurance policy (if applicable) Be sure is internationally valid. / Póliza de seguro de gastos médicos menores (si aplica)
• Repatriation coverage policy / Póliza con cobertura de repatriación

Student Declaration / Declaración del Estudiante

1. I declare that all the information provided is true and complete. / Declaro que la información proporcionada es verídica y completa.
2. I have the required immigration permits to conduct academic activities in Mexico. / Cuento con los permisos migratorios necesarios para realizar actividades académicas en México.
3. I meet the health and vaccination requirements established by the Mexican health authorities. / Cumplo con los requisitos de salud y vacunación establecidos por las autoridades sanitarias mexicanas.
4. I declare that I do not present symptoms of communicable diseases, and if any arise during my stay, I will report them immediately to my local supervisor. / Declaro que no presento síntomas de enfermedades transmisibles y, en caso de presentarlos, los notificaré de inmediato a mi supervisor local.
5. I agree to follow Mexican laws and the institutional rules of the host university. / Me comprometo a respetar las leyes mexicanas y las normas institucionales de la universidad receptora.
6. I release the host institution (Anahuac Mayab University)  from any responsibility related to unlawful acts, immigration violations, or personal incidents during my stay. / Deslindo a la institución receptora (Universidad Anáhuac Mayab) de toda responsabilidad relacionada con actos ilícitos, faltas migratorias o situaciones personales.
7. I understand that housing arrangements are my personal responsibility and not provided by the host institution (aAnahuac Mayab University). / Entiendo que el alojamiento es mi responsabilidad personal y no es proporcionado por la institución receptora (Universidad Anáhuac Mayab).
8. I authorize the use of my personal data for administrative and academic purposes. / Autorizo el uso de mis datos personales para fines administrativos y académicos.
